What I collect

If you join my list, this site keeps your name and your email address. That is all the form asks for.

If you call or message me, I will have your phone number. I only have it because you reached out.

If you are one of my Travel Buddies and you agree to appear on the Travel Buddies page, I keep your first name, the first letter of your last name, your city, a photo you are happy with and a few words about you. I may also note your email or phone number so I can reach you; those never appear on the website.

From the list form, this website keeps only your name and email.

How I use it

I use your name and email to send you invitations to new adventures, and to reply when you write to me.

I use your phone number to answer your call or message.

Who else sees it

I do not sell your details, and I do not pass them to other companies for their own use. When you book a journey, the booking runs through my booking system and the cruise line, and the companies that run this website's hosting, email and database hold the data on my behalf.

Bookings never happen through this site, so you will not be asked for card numbers or passport details here.

Your choices

You can stop hearing from me at any time. Reply to any email I send, or call me, and I will take you off the list.

You can also ask me to remove the details this website holds about you.
